III. Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of all digital services, design deliverables, and consulting packages provided by WebVeloraLabs. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
All services are provided under explicitly contracted Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the Client and WebVeloraLabs. Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined within each SOW and are binding upon mutual execution.
Upon complete settlement of all agreed commercial invoices, WebVeloraLabs assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in client-specific design deliverables, code repositories, and digital assets directly to the Client. This transfer is irrevocable and free of recurring license dependencies.
WebVeloraLabs warrants that all deliverables will conform to the specifications outlined in the executed SOW. Any deviation from agreed specifications must be reported within 14 calendar days of delivery. We reserve the right to remedies including revision, re-delivery, or partial refund at our discretion.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or infrastructure failures.
V. Refund & Reimbursement Policy
WebVeloraLabs is committed to delivering design services that meet or exceed the specifications outlined in each project's Statement of Work. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to handle refund requests fairly and transparently.
Pre-Project Cancellations: If a project is cancelled before work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within 10 business days. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Partial Project Cancellations: If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the Client is liable for payment proportional to the work completed up to the cancellation date. A detailed progress report will be provided with any partial refund calculation.
Deliverable Disputes: If delivered work materially deviates from the agreed SOW specifications, the Client may request a revision at no additional cost. If a satisfactory revision is not achievable within 30 calendar days, a partial or full refund may be issued at WebVeloraLabs' discretion.
All refund requests are processed within 10–15 business days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. For questions regarding refunds, contact [email protected].
